Waiver and policies Cancellation Policy: We have a strict 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a full charge. Exceptions are made only for illness or emergencies. If you are unwell (with a cold, flu, or other contagious condition), please stay home — you will not be penalized under this policy. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in prepayment requirements for future appointments. Referral Program: Your referrals mean the world to me, and I would like to thank you with a $25 credit for any treatment or gift certificate for every new client you refer. Payments: I prefer payment by personal check, Zelle, or cash. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card have a 2.5% surcharge. A $25.00 fee will be applied to all dishonored payments. All prices are subject to change. Packages: Packages, series, or prepaid sessions are non-refundable once purchased. If you need to reschedule sessions, Nurture skin Care and Wellness will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you within our availability, but rescheduling requests do not entitle clients to refunds. Gift Certificates: I offer in-house and online Gift Certificates that can be used for services and/or products. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Nurture Skin Care & Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates. Discounts and Specials: Discounts and specials cannot be combined with other offers—only one coupon/discount/offer code per person. Gift Certificates cannot be combined with any discount or special offer. This includes Nurture Skin Care online certificates and Nurture Skin Care in-house certificates. Discounts and offers hold no cash value and are non-transferable. Merchandise Returns: Returned merchandise will be graciously accepted within 30 days for in-house credit or product exchange only, with no cash, Zelle, Check, or credit card refunds. We do not accept returns on any open or used makeup, products that have been used 50% or more, or any sale and/or discontinued items. Any allergic or adverse reactions to products must be reported within 48 hours of purchase or application. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges of open products based on inspection. Disclaimer: The Practitioner at Nurture Skin Care & Wellness provides therapeutic wellness treatments and clinical, holistic skin care. I am a Licensed Esthetician/Cosmetologist. I am not medical doctor who diagnoses or treats medical conditions; therefore, I will not provide preventive care, cures, or spinal manipulations for any diagnosis or disease, nor will I prescribe medications. Ethics: 1. At Nurture Skin Care & Wellness, we will always uphold the highest standards of professionalism. The following is our code of ethics, outlining what you can expect when working together. I am looking forward to serving you and appreciate your trust in me. 2. I am committed to providing personalized care and knowledgeable techniques in a clean and comfortable atmosphere. I will always use clean, sterilized equipment that complies with the State of Colorado requirements. 3. I will provide a safe, comfortable, clean environment stocked with quality equipment, supplies, and products. 4. I will only provide those services for which we are qualified and (physically and emotionally) able and refer clients to appropriate specialists when work is outside our scope of practice or not in the client’s best interest. 5. I will customize all treatments to meet the client’s needs. 6. My work is strictly therapeutic, and I will never engage in sexual activity with clients. We will respect each client regardless of age, gender, race, national origin, sexual orientation, religion, socio-economic status, body type, political affiliation, state of health, and personal habits. 7. I will maintain confidentiality of client information and refrain from discussing client care details, except if I have the client’s consent or are required to do so by law. 8. I will not work with clients if I have a cold, flu, or other communicable conditions, and I will contact each client with as much notice as possible to reschedule our appointments. 9. I do reserve the right to cancel an appointment at the last minute due to health concerns or an emergency. 10. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or end a session with a client who is not respectful or makes any unwanted comments or advances to Nurture Skin Care and Wellness Practitioner, other clients, or any other person on the premises of 3989 E Arapahoe RD. suite 110, Centennial, Colorado 80122 By receiving services from Nurture Skin Care & Wellness, I acknowledge that the treatments are provided for relaxation and general wellness purposes. I understand that Nurture does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. I release Nurture Skin Care & Wellness, its practitioner, and staff from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that may arise from services provided.
